 We are looking for a driven, professional, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and customer-focused Territory Sales Associate to join our sales team! Applying candidates should enjoy the challenge of working in an office culture that generates a high level of activity coupled with a motivating atmosphere and vibrant culture that provides an opportunity to learn and grow within this profession.

Responsibilities of the Territory Sales Associate:

  • Making outbound calls to leads to establish lead lists and discuss our applicable insurance plans.
  • Handle and process all leads in a timely manner and book appointments with interested prospects for in-home consultations.
  • Deepening relationships with customers by attending scheduled in-home consultations throughout Jacksonville and selling life insurance policies and service packages.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills
  • Conducting needs-based policy reviews and updating policies and coverage as needed
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referrals
  • Generating accurate quotes
  • Demonstrate a passion to discuss an insured's need for life insurance
  • Maintain proper time management and execute follow up
  • Maintaining accurate records in the company CRM systems
