Sales Associate

As an FCA Sales Associate you'll have the opportunity to work with customers on all their flooring needs. The position includes helping clients select carpet, hardwood, ceramic tile, laminate, and area rugs. FCA training will enable you to learn business basics and core sales strategies. You’ll enjoy the camaraderie of working side by side with experienced sales associates.

This is a full time, career opportunity. To qualify at entry level, you should meet these minimum requirements:

· Two years or more in consumer sales.

· A four year college degree or equivalent work experience.

· A sound work ethic

· A valid driver’s license
