Job Overview:

As a Citi Private Bank (CPB) Cash Management Sales Associate, you will provide sales support to a team of CPB Banking & Cash Management Sales Specialists located in NY, FL & CA.

Fundamental Responsibilities:

• Preparing & presenting comparative fee analyses, product proposals & RFP’s

• Following up on inquiries from clients & bankers regarding Banking & Cash Management services

• One off product sales to clients

• Conducting online banking tutorials to prospects & clients

• Visiting clients/prospects with the Sales Specialists and providing post meeting follow-up

• Preparing client relationship reviews & presenting them with Sales Specialists to clients

• Submitting, tracking & following up on implementation requests (new product additions, maintenance requests & termination of services)

• Establish billing for implemented services and monitoring billing and account analysis requests

• Ad-hoc sales initiatives & banking projects

• Attend GMM product partner sales meetings

• Routinely meet with product and implementation partners

• Join weekly CCB treasury channel call and disseminate summary of call to the team

• Review and participate in weekly Banking Sales Pipeline

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of banking experience

• B.A./B.S. (required)

• Knowledge of treasury management products, banking & the client sales cycle

• Awareness of Private Banking (preferable, but not required)

• High degree of professionalism

• Strong written, listening & verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and consistent follow-up skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and display general responsiveness at all times

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation or willingness to pursue within 1-2 years of hire

• Proficiency in MS Office, internet applications & pipeline reporting systems
