## Aviation Services Inside Sales Associate

Services – Inside Sales Associate

Location: This position can be based in any Honeywell US Site

Located in the United States and reporting to the Regional Sales Director, this position is responsible for inside sales tasks related to flight services and aircraft connectivity drive profitable revenue growth within the assigned sales territory\. This position will play a critical role in the success of a team of sales managers working closely with the team to drive double\-digit growth over the STRAP period\.

Responsibilities:

+ Organization and qualification of sales leads for the field sales teams\. Leads will be available from both industry sources of information as well as internal Honeywell colleagues\.
+ Manage the data integrity of the CRM system \(salesforce\.com\) for the assigned region
+ Produce periodic reports on lead conversion and success as well as other management reports
+ Be a power user of salesforce\.com and assist the field sales team as needed to keep data as accurate as possible
+ Coordinate activation of new customers with the activation and billing teams within Honeywell and keep customers up to date throughout the process
+ Assist with the coordination of regional events and user’s conferences
+ Assist in the maintenance of the library of sales collateral and sales tools to assure the field sales team always has the latest content
+ Coordination of sales campaigns

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Bachelors’ Degree\.In Lieu of Bachelors’ Degree, minimum of 3 years of Commercial Aviation industry, product and sales knowledge experience will be considered\.

WE VALUE

+ Connected Services sales experience highly preferred
+ Strong business acumen
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Knowledge of aircraft connectivity products and services and associated value propositions
+ Pilot's license and or some training
