Job Description

David Weekley Homes is seeking candidates with a desire to build a long-term career to join our Raleigh team as a Sales Associate.

Real estate experience is not required, but enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic are a must!

Job Responsibilities:

+ Enthusiastically and professionally meeting and greeting prospective customers

+ Maintaining various tracking and scheduling lists and performing clerical tasks

+ Assist Sales Consultant with administrative duties

+ Passing along potential customers to our Sales Consultant

+ Qualifying prospects by determining their home buying needs

+ Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

+ Assisting the Sales Consultant with prospecting, marketing & promoting new business

+ Following up with prospects throughout the sales process

+ Developing and maintaining relationships with the Realtor community

+ Working & communicating effectively with customers & team-members

+ Understanding the loan process

Job Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications or related degree

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly pick up new software

+ Outstanding communication skills both verbal & written

+ Strong listening skills & creative problem solving abilities

+ A willingness to learn and develop skills in negotiations, prospecting, marketing and communication

+ Ability to resolve customer service issues diplomatically

+ Proactive follow up with prospective customers

+ Capability and desire to produce and implement marketing strategies

+ A high level of enthusiasm, energy and integrity

+ Self-motivated with a team-player attitude

+ Skills to prioritize & multi-task while maintaining a sense of urgency and attention to detail

+ Strong organizational skills

*Must be able to work weekends, evenings & some holidays
