Massage Envy currently has openings for our Wellness Coordinators (Front Desk Agents). If you are confident, outgoing, and driven, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

This position is all about helping others and providing exceptional service to our customers. Successful team members thrive in a social atmosphere, are results driven and extremely comfortable following established processes in a fast-paced environment. They place a high priority on quality and accuracy, and they can be counted on to always be prompt, friendly, and professional. 


As a member of our Front Desk Team, key responsibilities revolve around creating an excellent level of service to our members and guests by:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Setting and checking out reservations
  • Greeting members and guests
  • Helping our clients achieve a healthier and happier lifestyle through promoting our Wellness Program
  • Assisting in customer concerns
  • Recognize, support, and achieve team goals through a positive and supportive environment

  • A strong customer service orientation and great at communicating with members, guests, and team members
  • Impressive sales background
  • Multi-tasking and prioritizing in a fun and fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • General knowledge in Massage and Skincare Services
  • A desire to learn and grow
  • Great communication
  • A high school diploma or GED
