Job Description

Inside Sales-

This is a part time sales position but can also be a full-time position with a generous commission plan. We are looking for a responsible, driven, customer oriented individual that is interested in learning and servicing the staffing industry. The role we have open is for an Outside Sales Rep to call on clients and prospects within the Chicago land marketplace. This sales position is an excellent way to earn extra money as well as has the potential to become a full time position as well as assisting in expanding operations and potently opening new locations based on customer retention and market revenue. There will be heavy phone call work, and direct client meetings, you earn what you sell! No experience necessary- will train the correct person.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead generation- Using resources like LinkedIn to generate leads and target the appropriate professionals within an organization.
  • Make sales calls daily.
  • Schedule meetings for the Business developers with potential clients.
