Home Lending Sales Assistant

Managers, and Operations partners. Must have sound communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills. Customer facing communication includes call screening and routing, but will not include taking an application. Must be able to achieve a thorough understanding of the
loan origination process, regulatory requirements and CFI/LOIS/CitiWorks platform to performproduction tasks including but not limited to Federal disclosure requirements and RESPA Changed Circumstance evaluation and re-disclosure. Sales Assistant must be able to adapt to a changing work environment as responsibilities may be modified based on business need. Sales
Assistant processes are defined and prioritized with input by the Sales Managers to ensure alignment with
Business objectives and NPS focus.
Position Responsibilities
Answering, routing, or handling inbound sales leads efficiently and with a high level of client
satisfaction.
Production support functions that aid retail sales partners in fulfilling loan requirements
including but not limited to making outbound follow-up calls to clients, regulatory disclosure
support as deemed necessary by individual channels, miscellaneous credit report requirements,
and channel reporting needs.
Miscellaneous and/or immediate support needs as identified by management; includes urgent
regulatory pipeline scrubs, re-disclosures, fee reconciliations, etc.

Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ Associate's / Bachelor's degree preferred
+ General understanding of the mortgage business and/or call center environment is preferred, but not required.
+ Strong communication skills are required.
+ Basic Microsoft Office skills are required.
+ 2+ years of experience.
+ Requires clear and courteous communication skills with both internal and externalcustomers, including verbal and written.
