Are you and your avatar inseparable? Do you find yourself texting friends while they are in the same room with you? When someone asks you a question, do you immediately reach for your smart phone to look up the answer? If so, you may be a great fit for this position. We are growing and expanding our online services. We are creating a new part time position with HUGE potential for growth and success! This position is particularly great if you are currently in college, because we will work around your class schedule. We have had a massive increase in online shoppers, and this position will work with those customers, answering questions via online chat, making recommendations, and engaging and assisting them with their purchases. Our goal is to add a personal touch to the online shopping experience. We want to provide the best customer service, whether a customer is in one of our beautiful stores or on our website. So, we are looking for associates that are very customer-oriented, outgoing, and have a passion to succeed while working in a high-energy environment, surrounded by a great team. This is an in-office position, and will be approximately 20-25 hours per week. The schedule may vary. Our team currently works every day that our stores are open, which means weekends, evenings and most holidays.

We are looking for dedicated, driven individuals looking to jumpstart their career with a great company. The following qualifications are a must: Strong written communication skills (professional tone, grammar, spelling). Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Quick and accurate typing skills (45 WPM+) Able to handle multiple conversations at the same time, while maintaining focus on an individual customer and conversation. Able to receive training, instruction and critiquing with a positive attitude and an open mind to learning and improving. Strong technical skills, with the ability to utilize the internet effectively, navigating through multiple pages in order to find information and communicate that information back to the customer. Preference for experience in sales and/or customer service, however, we are willing to train the right person. Remember, the idea with these positions is to convert a browser in to a buyer! #RTG-CSC #SRC
