Role Description:



Design / implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence



Generate interest in potential new customers (in addition to inbound leads) by networking, cold calling, etc.



Persuasively communicate Atos’s value through engaging conversations, presentations, and offering demonstrations.



Guide prospective customers towards making the purchase decision by customizing Atos offering in conjunction with the Solutions, Product, and Operations team to precisely match the customer requirements.



Develop a differentiated pricing approach for customers across different categories.



Negotiate contract terms and prices and procure the purchase order with favorable terms for Atos.



Work with marketing to define clear target segments and audiences. Also, guide the team to develop persuasive marketing collaterals and supporting documents.



Work closely with the leadership to identify strategic growth areas, agree/execute the GTM strategy to drive tangible



Provide feedback to the product team to ensure that we are continuously innovating Atos solutions that are aligned with the customer expectations.



Conceptualize new offerings to increase revenue from existing/new accounts.



Analyze a customer journey and identify key touchpoints in the customer's interaction to optimize sales and retention



Maintain/share professional knowledge to team members through education, networking, events, and presentations



Attend seminars/conferences as per the requirement and seek strategies to improve the way of Business.



Keep abreast of trends and changes in the Business world



Must have previous experience in building and managing a team and experience with B2B accounts



Have a successful track record in offering outstanding client management and innovation leading to revenue growth (upselling) and customer retention



Ability to identify business opportunities/issues, design appropriate solutions and execute based on results



Outstanding ability to communicate - in person, over the phone, or in writing.



Self-motivator, positive, and can-do attitude



Should be able to lead by example



Operational and process-oriented, organized with outstanding attention to detail.



Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and scientific about measuring progress,



Working knowledge of the Sales Lifecycle



Flexibility and adaptability to work in dynamic work environment



 



Any Graduate with MBA (Sales & Marketing/General)



Overall, 15 + years’ experience with at least 8-10 years of proven experience in B2B sales in 1 or more of the below domains - Banking, Insurance & Capital Markets, Healthcare, Utilities, Finance & Accounting, HR
