Job description
We are seeking energetic Sales Representatives to join our team! This is a fast paced, fun and team-oriented environment. Our supportive staff of managers are all there to ensure everyone finds financial success and enjoys their work. We are always looking to build more teams and promote managers from within. Lot's of room for growth.
This is a very lucrative position for the right candidate, meaning if you bring the right attitude we will provide everything you need to be successful.
The Job:
- Present and sell company products to new and existing customers
- Closer assisted sale (any call you open that results in a sale is yours. No split commissions!)
- Full initial and on-going training provided
Qualities that will make you successful:
- GREAT ATTITUDE
- Forward motion and ability to pick yourself up and dust yourself off when you fall
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Personal accountability and drive
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields a plus but not required
