The Penso Agency is currently looking to place up to 10 sales agents in the state of Massachusetts. We have a large inventory of leads with more flowing in weekly of new mortgage holders that are looking for an alternative protection plan for their Mortgage Protection. We are hiring for Full Time and Part Time positions on our team. 

We at the Penso Agency are professionals in the Financial Services Industry operating on behalf of our clients as Brokers. We help our clients protect their assets with a wide array of financial and insurance products and represent the top names in the industry. We have tons of fun, a great culture, phenomenal training, and we make great money by helping people that have asked for our help. 

One average sale per week (part-time) grosses $25,000/Year.

Our full-time agents in the area are averaging 5-7 sales per week with only 2 days in the field grossing 80,000-120,000+ in their first year.

This position is best suited for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset seeking growth and business ownership opportunities. Extensive training and mentoring are provided on a one on one basis so while sales experience is a plus, it is not required.

Sales Executives will need an active Life and Health license in the state of Massachusetts or a willingness to acquire one with our assistance and guidance.


This is a Commission Plus position. Full Time Sales Executives can expect $70K-$100K+ by making four to six sales per week in the first year.

A Full Time schedule is two days in the field with one-two days setting up appointments by phone.
