Symmetry Financial Group is looking for highly motivated and responsible individuals to join our sales team as we expand our offices in the Houston area. It is not uncommon for new brokers to earn $1,000-$2,000 in their first week.
Symmetry Financial Group is an insurance brokerage firm specializing in simplified issue (no medical exam required) mortgage protection insurance. Our firm is contracted with 28 of the largest carriers in the nation, including Mutual of Omaha, ING, MetLife and American Amicable. Our direct mail lead program insures that our brokers only speak with those individuals who have requested information about mortgage protection i.e. NO COLD CALLING. Brokers make their lead calls for 3 hours on Saturdays in order to set 10-15 appointments for that week. Average commission per sale is $450, with appointment close ratios of 50-90%, depending on experience and ability.
This is a commission-based position with potential for tremendous growth. We have a specific training system that we work and are looking for people who can adapt to this system. It is not uncommon for new brokers to earn $1,000-$2,000 in their first week. Experienced brokers typically earn between $3,000-$5,000 per week.
