Location: Plano, TX, USA
We are looking for a passionate, talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in an occasionally long sales cycle environment. Our successful “bell-ringer” will use their high energy, tenacious charm, innovative sales skills, excellent communication and impactful leadership skills to prospect new opportunities across lead generation and development activities. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully selling software or services, especially in the area of enterprise software / eCommerce, and in building beneficial, lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Working your magic with our inbound lead follow-up and updating our CRM & sales funnel
  • Outbound prospecting/lead generation using well-written and tailored emails, social selling, working with channel partners and generating interest
  • Overcoming objections of prospective customers with ease because you anticipate their needs and are passionate about finding the right fit for everyone you connect with
  • Scheduling product demos for qualified customers
  • Managing accounts by building and fostering client relationships through personalized contact, understanding of client’s needs, and ability to communicate solution values of products and services
  • Forecasting opportunities based upon realistic assessments
  • Meet/exceed customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives
  • Partner with a sales executive and pre-sales engineer to orchestrate the perfect product/ technologies offerings
  • Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in selling enterprise IT software solutions (eCommerce, content management, order management, BI, data analytics)
  • Consultative sales experience and challenging companies/businesses to think differently
  • Successful in finding and uncovering new opportunities with prospects and existing business, cold calling and hunting for business
  • Own and manage the entire sales process and cycle from start to finish
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and quota, especially in consultative sales environments
  • Proven history of developing new business and managing sales cycle, from generating leads through closing
  • Must be in the Dallas/ Plano area (this is NOT a remote position) … we’d miss you when you aren’t here! (You’ll love coming in everyday!)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • We need a logical and analytical thinker, with demonstrated negotiations skills, a technical aptitude, strong computer skills (Salesforce a plus)
  • Deadline and detail driven with excellent conflict resolution skills

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
