As part of our growth and expansion plans we recently acquired Lumia Holding Corp, a digital marketing agency that specializes in providing clients with a range of marketing services including web and app development.
We have a great opportunity for a fearless go-getter with a great attitude who is not afraid to pick up the phone and call into accounts consistently to join our business-to-business sales team as a business development associate who will play a critical role in our company’s best sales year ever.
This is a 30-day contract to hire position paid hourly plus commission. Once brought on full time you will be paid a base salary plus earn a commission with no cap on potential earnings for any new qualified appointments you set for our Business Development Managers.
You will work out of our Corporate HQ in the heart of the Loop, but may need to travel to clients with a Business Development Manager from time-to-time if the opportunity presents itself.

Responsibilities [including, but not limited to]:
Identify and schedule qualified appointments. You must schedule a minimum of 2 qualified appointments per week.
Generate new appointments through cold calling into new, prior and existing business contacts. You must be able to make 500 dials per week.
Conduct ongoing training on DG’s products and services
Support Business Development Managers as needed in the sales cycle
Requirements:
Two or Four year college degree from an accredited institution
Proven sales track record or the equivalent ambition, attitude and drive to succeed
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and to pivot accordingly. Must be able to pick up the phone and dial by the end of the first week of your start date.
