Job description

My client is a national firm currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR). The Inside Sales Representative will convey product value primarily through outbound phone calls to an extensive database of existing active customers and prospects. The ISR will collaborate with the Sales Manager, Operations, and the Outside Sales Team to grow relationships and provide customers with targeted solutions through value rich products and services. The ISR will receive ongoing one on one sales coaching, product knowledge and sales training. Qualifications and Skills include:

• Confident, competitive, and comfortable over the phone
• Energetic and positive, with a “can-do” attitude
• High ethical values and professionalism in all business dealings
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Application savvy – ability to use social media for business, research online, and proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• 2+ years of sales experience, proven track record of success in a sales position
• Able to work within a lively team of friendly competitors

This is a Full-Time, Exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package available after 1 month employment (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Time Off, Life, etc.).

Salary: 40-50k annually DOE, plus performance bonus
