Sales - Agricultural

As our business continues to expand, we are seeking motivated, experienced Sales Representative/Industrial Engineer for the California location. We currently have openings available in the Southern California and Central/Northern California.

Position requires someone who has effective communication skills but more importantly the aptitude and energy to promote technical information and processes to our sophisticated agricultural clientele.

Background should include first hand knowledge of packing house operations and equipment applications. You will assess the needs of the packer, take their input, and show them solutions using our new and innovative technology. Desired skills are: Engineering Degree and hands on use of Solid Works (or AutoCad).

A proven sales and negotiation background, and Bi-lingual helpful but not necessary. If you are highly motivated and have an Engineering background, we are willing to invest in the right person who is looking for a long term, rewarding career, not just another “job”.

Excellent salary with a base + commissions, paid vacation, holidays and sick leave, medical/dental/vision/life benefits, 401k Plan with 10% company match. Travel required, so clean driving record necessary, company car, laptop, cell and other tools needed for position provided. Drug Screen/Physical required.
