Job description

PDI is seeking a account specialist with staffing account manager or sales experience. We are a highly specialized B2B staffing firm providing integrated relationship to transportation companies for their commercial drivers.

The account specialist serves as the primary business contact for our customers and is responsible for their satisfaction. The account specialist is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to all account, as well as represent the customer’s needs and goals within our organization.

The account specialist is responsible for all aspects of the sales process to include; pursuing new business opportunities and growth of existing customer base.

Essential Duties:

· Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth of existing customers and new business

· Responsible for the complete sales process.

· Develop, prepare and present comprehensive and competitive sales proposals

· Must understand the companies capacities and service, and effectively communicate it to the customer

· Communicate the customers goals and represent the customers interest to the team

· Provide two-way communication between the customer and the team, to provide a strong team representation to achieve the customers goals

· Responsible for customer communications, and conflict resolution

Responsible for all data input into the sales CRM

· Be a team player and assume any task to met the customers expectation

Requirements:

· Proven account management skills

· Knowledge of prospecting, cold calls, marketing and sales

· Staffing experience preferred

· Detail oriented

· Highly competitive and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction

· Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator

· High level of initiative and works well in a team environment

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Must be able to travel within assigned region area (Houston)

· Must have reliable transportation
