Job Description

A qualified prospect for this position will possess the following skills/qualities:

  • Solidly established within the culture of D&M and able to represent the company and the job/skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Business and personal connections within the auto industry and beyond from which we can recruit successful candidates for employment.
  • Ability to prospect for and evaluate a wide range of candidates, conduct an effective interview consistent with our hiring guidelines and recommend them to management.

Job duties will include:

  • Will work directly with the Director of Agent Development on recruiting and hiring.
  • Will participate in training new agents in Boot Camp.
  • Prospect for candidates within and outside of the auto industry.
  • Maintain job hiring websites and other hiring tools
  • Report hiring stats of interviews, hires, wash outs and retained agents over time.
  • Interviewing, testing and referring of candidates to management.
  • Master the D&M Hiring Guide and Training techniques for evaluative processes and technical training.

Compensation will be salary plus a performance bonus based on retaining qualified agents
