Position Description:
BQE Software is seeking an energetic and outgoing sales professional who has:
3-5 years of successful sales work history SaaS / Software sales experience (strongly desired but not required) A team and results driven attitudeOur Inside Sales Account Managers will work with our provided leads for our award-winning software, BillQuick and ArchiOffice. Although the leads are provided, we are seeking individuals who have a natural hunting ability when it comes to sales. In addition, this professional will cultivate the relationship with their customers to deliver unparalleled customer service.The purpose of an Account Manager is to work toward the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and values. An Account Manager establishes plans and strategies to increase the customer base and ensure continuity of their assigned customers. Position Requirements: Provide our customers with a solution-based selling approach to match their needs with our powerful and unparalleled software solutions Respond to incoming leads and prospects quickly to address questions and issues, pricing, product information, and process payments Communicate regularly with VP of Sales to strategize and monitor progress and results Share ideas and strategies with team and management to win collaboratively Ensure that every customer receives outstanding customer service through regular communication and identify opportunities for cross/up-selling Build and maintain product knowledge as well as company services Develop a thorough understanding of our target markets and buyers Work with sales management and others on the sales seam to achieve the company?'s monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals Assist in the implementation of company?'s marking strategies Minimum of a high school education, but a Bachelors Degree is preferred Strong team oriented attitude that will enhance the BQE culture
