Our Inside Sales Account Managers will work with our provided leads for our award-winning software, BillQuick and ArchiOffice. Although the leads are provided, we are seeking individuals who have a natural hunting ability when it comes to sales. In addition, this professional will cultivate the relationship with their customers to deliver unparalleled customer service.
The purpose of an Account Manager is to work toward the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and values. An Account Manager establishes plans and strategies to increase the customer base and ensure continuity of their assigned customers. An Account Manager reaches out to our new and existing customers, answers questions, provides information, identifies opportunities, up-sells products, and cross-sells products and services.
