Position Responsibilities: Maintains contact with established architectural customers and develops new prospects in assigned territories including building owners, developers, consultants, and builders in the commercial segment. Service existing and prospective accounts within territories in accordance with company’s policies and programs. Analyzes customer needs and formulates solutions using all resources within GCP. Maintain and increase project pipelines while aggressively seeking new projects / customers to position GCP’s portfolio of products by implementing planned sales strategies, company marketing programs, and delivering effective presentations. Awareness and knowledge of competitive products and marketing practices, as well as keeping management informed of them. Cooperates and assists fellow salespersons, sales managers, marketing, customer service, manufacturing and other company personnel. Some overnight travel as necessary to support the program in Phoenix and Las Vegas.
