Corporate Sports Sales – B2B Professionals Needed for Expansion

International Sports Management is celebrating our 20th anniversary as the industry leader in the provisioning of corporate sports hospitality across the U.S. and abroad, and with a company-wide mandate of expansion in place, we are growing our national sales office here in Milwaukee.  We are launching a new sales team, requiring a total of five (5) aggressive, educated, money-motivated individuals capable of closing deals for this inside sales Account Executive position with an immediate start date of Late-June.

Initial focus for these new positions will be on new business acquisition as you sell our national event hospitality programs to corporate executives while working in stride with our Sales Manager for continued training and mentoring.  You will gain experience data mining w/ Salesforce CRM, navigating gatekeepers, sourcing the correct contact info, pitching the prospect, and setting up the close.  A combination of account management and acquisition will follow initial success.

Please note: this is not a telemarketing or call center job so please do not apply if that is what you are seeking.  This is an inside sales position where you will be interacting and building relationships with Vice Presidents, Presidents, and CEOs of multi-million (and billion) dollar companies.  Immediate growth potential exists for successful National Account Executives, including being invited to participate in our management trainee program by fall 2017.

What We Provide:
- Comprehensive initial training along with continuous mentoring
- Base salary + commission, uncapped
- Bonuses, both cash & prize (monthly, quarterly & annually)

- Bi-monthly revenue-sharing for qualifying National Account Executives

- First year earnings avg. range of $40K-$60K+, Year two $80K+
- Growth opportunities for management and/or national & international transfer within the first 12 months
- Company medical/dental plans and 401K enrollment

- Three weeks paid vacation days in your first year of eligibility and off all major holidays

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree (Business preferred but not required)
- Dedicated, driven individuals with a strong work ethic
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

- Perseverance to tackle new concepts along a steep learning curve
- High motivation to succeed and grow into an expanded role
- Ability to explain how a deficiency in one of the above categories won't hinder you to succeed
