Reltio has partnered with Reveneer to expand their Sales Development team in Nashville, TN.  You will work in a unique open concept environment (no cubicles), on a team of likeminded individuals who have a fun and engaging, yet competitive desire to succeed in a high volume sales operation.  At this casual, collaborative, and noisy at times office, we share a singular focus: building a great company with a great team.  We are passionate about attracting and retaining the type of people who are proud and enthusiastic about doing amazing work!

Focus on identifying new sales opportunities!

  • Research and pre-qualify prospective organizations to build your pipeline
  • Identify decision-makers, and key influencers to speak with
  • Calling prospects to engage in conversations designed to discover sales opportunities;
  • Gain commitment from prospects to attend a brief web-based product demo/meeting, or other call to action.
  • Collaborate with your team to manage the sales process, and close business.
  • Consistently meet and exceed goals

Key Selection Criteria:

  • A strong desire to be in a fast-paced, team-oriented sales environment
  • A fun and engaging personality
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about what you do, enthusiastic, competitive, disciplined, self-motivated, hands-on, with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to speak clearly and concisely; in person and on the phone
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, persuasion and negotiating skills
  • Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success
  • Excellent listener, ability learn and adapt to new concepts and technologies.
  • Ability to take direction, be coached and mentored
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent; Communications, Business, preferred, but not necessary
  • New College Grad or 0 - 2 years’ work experience (this is an entry level position)
  • Strong web and computer skills: MS Office, Salesforce.com desirable
