TMD is continuing to expand and we are currently seeking energetic sales professionals to promote our newest line of products – industrial supplies. This is a great opportunity for someone to thrive in a self-driven progressive work environment.
Duties:
· Contact decision makers and set appointments to develop new business. Looking to get decision makers on the phone. Finessing objections into conversations.
· Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities through continuous prospecting and networking. Manage and increase revenue within existing accounts. Driving home the core value proposition.
· Apply the necessary time, effort and personal development to achieve individual and company goals
Attributes:
· Aggressive and hungry; taking the sales process from cold calling to purchase order
· Comfortable cold calling on prospects.
· Fearless of trying new things; must be self- driven & self- motivated. This is a fast paced job that works best with a person that can work with little oversight.
· Able to travel (paid for by company)
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management or Business preferred
· Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes and capabilities helpful
· Previous experience with industrial supplies, cable components, and/or industrial hardware a plus
· Negotiating skillset.
· Computer competency (intermediate ability to use cloud based software)
