Sales Marketer for Locum Tenens

Goldfish Medical Staffing is looking to add to our family. We are a nationally recognized physician recruiting firm as well as part of NALTO. We are looking for self motivated and driven individuals who are comfortable on the phone and building their own client base. We are needing to individuals who are customer service minded, comfortable with speaking to individuals at all levels within an organization, and problem solving minded. Marketers with previous experience is most desired, however we are interested in those who have past sales and customer service experience. Marketers will be the front lines of our line of work. They are responsible for bringing in new clients and maintaining relationships with current clients. We offer a casual work environment, flexible hours, and internal contests.

Many health care administrators do not have the time to conduct the important and ongoing activities necessary to ensure a proper "fit" between the company and the prospective physician candidate. Our efforts enable health care executives to concentrate on the day-to-day operation of the business, while we concentrate on the time-consuming task of finding qualified candidates.
