FreedomPlus is seeking a few Sales Geniuses to become part of an elite team that is addressing a huge market in the financial sector.

What you will be doing:

  • Using your strong communication and critical thinking skills to act as an outward-facing ambassador for Freedom Plus brand and products
  • Managing a sales pipeline
  • Contacting borrowers via phone and email to facilitate the loan approval process (averaging 100 calls per day)
  • Effectively executing a multi-step consultative sale
  • Navigating our customers through a simple and private application process
  • Implementing creative ways to improve our customer relationships, exploring and sharing performance enhancing suggestions

What you need to perform this job:

  • 3+ years of call center sales experience in a high call-volume sales environment
  • A proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals
  • An entrepreneurial mindset – you take pride in setting and exceeding goals
  • Adaptability to a growing and changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of leads and to improve existing systems
  • Excellent communicator – possessing stellar speaking and listening skills
  • Experience in a highly regulated financial industry preferred

• Ethical, consumer oriented sales approach
