Position Overview:

As a Leasing Specialist with Wasatch your job will be to make our apartments a home for your prospective tenants.  People will need to trust you, and service with a smile is never optional!

We’re not just any Property Management Company.  We’re a BRAND and we want you to join us and help elevate the industry!

Job Overview:

So what's a day like working at Wasatch you say?   It’s pretty simple!  You’re going to be our ambassador to any prospective tenants interested in living in our beautiful renovated facilities.   We want you to be a consultant not a SALESMAN!  

 

You will be greeting customers on a day to day, explain our pricing and models, show our apartment communities, help close deals, follow up on customer leads, and help coordinate marketing efforts.

  • Weekend availability

Great to haves:

  • Ability to sell ice-cream during a snowstorm
