Seeking the following:

Hard charging, results oriented individual with unyielding competitive nature and deep desire to win. This person will pass on guarantees and seek pay plans that are commission only with bonuses in order to control their income. Must be an assertive self-starter with intense focus on winning and thrive in competitive situations. If “NO” just gets you started and solving problems is your forte, read further. This individual will be determined and persistent in conquering the objective at hand.

JOB SUMMARY:

Work inbound leads while maintaining high closing ratios. Requires heavy phone work in a highly professional office environment focused on closing leads, repeat and referral generation. Must be capable of closing deals using logic and common sense solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum Experience:

0-2 years’ experience in person to person – auto experience preferred. Proven track record of success required.
