Team Sales Manager

Due to our continued growth, expansion and promotions, PERRY proTECH is in need of Team Sales Manager in Lima Ohio. With our aggressive growth strategies we will continue to expand and grow our location thru 2020. Come be part of the team and grow with us!

Major Goals and Responsibilities:

Recruit, select and manage a team of 2-3 Account Sales representatives to be successful at attaining quotas. As well as personally handle a select group of targeted accounts in the market place. Maintain, develop and grow skills of sales reports. Maintain current customer and add net new customers in assigned area to reach assigned quotas of office technology products, Managed Print Services, Solution Software sales and Managed IT services.

Essential Activities:

Recruit, select, hire and managed a group of sales representatives successfully. Obtain the assigned monthly sales quotas through effective training and management of reps. Maintain and grow current customer base and grow customer base by selling new accounts. A consultative approach and strong relationship key to successful development of sales team.

Prerequisites:

College graduate with emphasis towards sales, marketing or management or previous proven sales management experience, or a very successful sales person that is looking for the next step in a career path and has management aspirations – this is your opportunity to learn the skills of sales management while still having some sales account responsibilities. Must love technology or background selling technology.
