Sales Representative - Home Improvement - Kitchen & Bath Division

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present a masterful sales presentation, usually at the customer's home
• Drive for a "one call close"
• Review the customer's needs, assist with product selection, make recommendations
• Calculate the cost of the project, review with the customer, and collect deposit payments from the customer
• Prepare the Job Sales Packet, which includes the completed and signed contract, photographs of the area the project will be installed at, diagram of kitchen or bath, and credit application (if needed)
• In between field visits, be available within the showroom to assist walk in customer
• Participate in weekly sales information meetings
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements:

• Outside sales experience, direct to customer in their home
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• Intermediate computer proficiency, ipad and Smartphone required

• Dependable transportation, valid driver's license/insurance
• High school diploma or GED required
