Do you love travel?

We are looking for Traveler Support Reps who have a passion for travel and delivering an excellent customer experience. In this inbound call center role, you will work with our customers to provide them with support as you respond to their inquiries about their tour reservations as they prepare to travel around the world. You will work individually and as part of a team to provide our travelers with an authentic experience.

We’re looking for self-motived/high performing and energetic/dynamic service-minded individuals with experience providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Handling service calls to make reservation changes, educate on tour itineraries, process payments and respond to customer inquiries

• Deliver an excellent experience to our customer to drive loyalty and referrals

• Communicate all required information to our travelers, including the details of our products and policies

• Drive to individually compete while still being a positive team player

• Demonstrate the ability to balance company values and key performance goals

Requirements :

• 1+ years of GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan, Apollo, etc.) system is required

• 1+ years of Call Center experience

• Ability to work various shifts (including one weekend day, nights)

• Strong track record of providing excellent customer experiences, and building lasting customer relationships

• Track record of consistently attaining performance goals and having personal accountability for own results

• Positive mentality and the ability to exhibit flexibility in times of change

• High attention to detail

• Technically savvy with experience navigating multiple computer systems

• International travel/work experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
