Inbound Sales Representative - Commercial Lines - Colorado Springs, CO
As an Inbound Sales Representative for our Commercial Lines group, you may work with a headset, but it's your mindset that makes you most valuable. Use your ability to make real connections with potential customers by providing an exceptional buying experience. You'll spend 90% of your time handling inbound calls from small business owners regarding insurance rates and policies, offering our customers tailored solutions to meet their needs. In this role, you'll work in an enthusiastic environment that gives you the chance to engage with people all day long.

Training Schedule (8 weeks): 10:15 AM - 7:00 PM; Monday - Friday
Work Schedule (after training):
New hires have 4 schedule options to choose from:
Schedule Option #1 (5x8):
10:15 AM - 7:00 PM; Tuesday - Saturday
Days off: Sunday & Monday
Schedule Option #2 (5x8):
10:15 AM - 7:00 PM; Sunday - Thursday
Days off: Friday & Saturday
Schedule Option #3 (4x10):
10:15 AM - 9:00 PM; Monday, Thursday - Saturday
Days off: Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday
Schedule Option #4 (4x10):
10:15 AM - 9:00 PM; Sunday - Tuesday, Friday
Days off: Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday
Pay Rate: $14.00 - $16.70/hr (non-commissioned sales) plus 10% shift differential for hours worked after 7:00 PM during the week and all of your weekend hours
Education, Experience and Skills Needed to be Successful:
1 year of sales experience and an understanding of sales techniques (this experience could include direct sales, cross-selling and overcoming objections)
2 years work experience in a complex customer service environment or two years post-secondary education
Proven job stability including 1 year with past employer
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High School diploma or equivalent
