Position Available: Customer Experience Officer (Sales Representative)

Main Purpose of Customer Experience Officer (CEO):

  • To create internal and external customer experiences that reflects the core values of the company.
  • Make it effortless to shop for a vehicle.
  • Drive customer loyalty.

  • NPS (Customer Loyalty) score of 95% for Buyers, 40% for Future Buyers.
  • Active learning and growth in knowledge regarding finance, vehicles, and ds processes.

Work Schedule:

  • CEOs rotate shifts on a regular basis. These shifts are from 9am to 6pm and from 11am to 8pm.
  • You will have a five day workweek. We are closed on Sundays, and you will be given one day off during the week.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Learning and using various computer programs.
  • Gather and process customer data accurately to complete transaction paperwork.
  • Guide customers through the sales process to include, processing appraisals, performing test drives, submitting credit application, and presenting loan decisions to customers.
  • Learning and keeping current with dS products and making customer appropriate recommendations.
  • Learning and presenting vehicle purchase documents.
  • Build and maintain relationships with others and demonstrate outstanding teamwork.
  • Assist with maintaining and merchandising of the dS sales area.
  • This position may require other duties as assigned.
