Position Available: Customer Experience Officer (Sales Representative)

Main Purpose of Customer Experience Officer (CEO):To create internal and external customer experiences that reflects the core values of the company.Make it effortless to shop for a vehicle.Drive customer loyalty.

Work Schedule:CEOs rotate shifts on a regular basis. These shifts are from 9am to 6pm and from 11am to 8pm.You will have a five day workweek. We are closed on Sundays, and you will be given one day off during the week.

Additional Responsibilities:Learning and using various computer programs.Gather and process customer data accurately to complete transaction paperwork.Guide customers through the sales process to include, processing appraisals, performing test drives, submitting credit application, and presenting loan decisions to customers.Learning and keeping current with dS products and making customer appropriate recommendations.Learning and presenting vehicle purchase documents.Build and maintain relationships with others and demonstrate outstanding teamwork.Assist with maintaining and merchandising of the dS sales area.This position may require other duties as assigned.
