Job description

JOB SUMMARY

Fidelity National Title Colorado is looking for an ambitious and outgoing Sales Representative to join our industry leading team. S/Hes will be responsible for all sales activities- responding to customer inquiries; following up sales leads; performing outbound calling and emailing; and developing a good understanding of Fidelity’s product offerings. This position reports to the Sales Manager and works closely with the rest of the sales team to achieve overall customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains relationships with existing client base pursuant to the directives of escrow officers and management

  • Identifies and converts prospects to new customers

  • Uses a consultative sales approach to analyze existing and anticipated customer requirements, then promotes consideration of title products to fulfill such requirements

  • Presents clients with title and closing production procedures, administrative product

  • Fosters and maintains professional and collaborative working relationships

  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

  • Adheres to company policies and guidelines

EXPERIENCE

A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of outside sales experience is preferred.

EDUCATION

A high school diploma is required.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, INSURANCE

o A valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.

o Automobile insurance and a reliable vehicle are required.

KNOWLEDGE

Must have an understanding of insurance and real property concepts, as well as general knowledge of State Board of Insurance regulations.

*Some overnight travel by air and/or automobile is required.
