Dynamic Edge Consulting, Inc. is a sales / marketing firm currently looking to hire candidates into an Entry Level Sales Representative role. We are a company that partners currently with a leader in the telecommunications industry, and focus on providing customer retention and new client acquisition on behalf of our major client.

A Sales Representative in our company will receive thorough training in a variety of skill-sets:

  • Customer Service training
  • Sales and Marketing Strategies
  • Territory and CRM management
  • ROI analysis
  • Consultative sales approach


Beyond these skills, we will have the candidate move through a multi-departmental training in the areas of:

  • Administration
  • Human Resources
  • Management
  • Market Development

Job Requirements

Here's what we have seen work very well for us in our hiring process! :

  • Excellent interpersonal skills (we're one of the companies who likes a sense of humor, great personality, and "have fun" attitudes)
  • 1-2 years of Restaurant / Retail / or similar background in Customer Service / people-centric related positions
  • 4 year degree in Business / Marketing / Communications / Entrepreneurship is preferred, but not mandatory for applying
  • Strong desire to be part of a dynamic company culture (this is highly team-oriented environment, so we need people who excel at working in groups and both providing and taking direction)

In summary: be a creative self-starter, have business competency, and strong interpersonal skills - you must have the stamina to handle a fast-paced, high-energy industry.
