POSITION SUMMARY:
Essential Functions:
Follow up on new leads and referrals for services; identify sales prospects and make contact with potential customer
Responsible for outside business-to-business sales in assigned territory or industry to existing and new clients
Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long lasting relationships
Write sales contracts for approved services and route to appropriate customer personnel
Prepare sales presentations, proposals and sales contracts
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
Act as a liaison between internal personnel and customer’s representatives
Manage services performed through quality checks and other follow up measures to ensure customer satisfaction
Identify and resolve client concerns
Prepare status reports for new and existing client business
Work with management in coordinating company staff to complete work as outlined
May train and act as a mentor to other sales representatives
Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows and industry forum events
Provide historical records by keeping records on customer inquiries and sales
Perform any other job related instructions, as requested with reasonable accommodation

Visibility of position requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public
Knowledge of information technology a plus
