Our team is expanding and we are immediately looking for key individuals to contribute as highly motivated Delegate Sales Representative. This is a terrific opportunity for ambitious professionals to join us and work towards common goals as we sell over 120 annual conferences.

Our team is expanding and we are immediately looking for key individuals to contribute as highly motivated Delegate Sales Representatives.

Our Delegate Sales Representatives are responsible for inside daily sales to the US legal market in addition to new, international markets.

We foster a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment that encourages career growth.

Requirements

A successful track record in sales

An out-going, dynamic personality and can build outstanding relationships

Metrics-oriented, organized and understands how to navigate Enterprise-level organizations strategically and effectively

Ability to communicate a value proposition and create a sense of urgency

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience with CRM databases, including ACT

Exhibits strong verbal & written skills

Inside sales competency managing 60+ outbound daily dials

Generate a consultative sales process from leads in our large, segmented database.

Proficient with lead generation, research and follow through

Collaboration amongst various business units providing detailed feedback.

Proficiency with basic MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Achievement of Sales Quotas

Execution of Industry Specific initiatives to increase market penetration

Professional interaction with customers and supporting departments

Adherence to company policies and procedures

Preferred Candidates

Bachelor’s Degree

1-3 years in a sales-driven inside sales role

Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
