Cybint Solutions, a BARBRI Company, provides assessment, training, and tools to dramatically increase online research, analysis, and security skills for legal and financial businesses.  
The sales representative works directly with the Cybint sales, marketing and operations teams to manage key lead-generating, tactical responsibilities.  The successful candidate must be able to understand the overall company goals, adhere to the company values, and be a leader in supporting the continued growth of the company.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for working/converting leads provided by marketing or obtained by networking
  • Responsible for generating and converting strategic leads through business relationships 
  • Conducting sales presentations to prospects (phone calls and meetings)
  • Create a pipeline of sales appointments for senior sales team and Cybint CEO
  • Work closely with the operations team to establish the new client accounts and ensure a smooth transition
  • Provide management with ongoing sales status reports/updates
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

  • Experience handling objections and convert prospects into sales
  • Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
  • Must be able to create professionally written correspondence and edits one’s own work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively and is able to read and interpret written information
  • Prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently and develop realistic action plans
  • Outstanding presentation and speaking skills, including presenting to senior executives
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be willing to travel, as needed, but not extensively

Education/Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales role for a small-to-mid size company achieving annual quotas
  • Associates’ degree with a business concentration or some college class work is preferred
