Overview:

Currently, Blackhawk network Inc. is looking to add an ambitious, compassionate, and intelligent employee to our company.

The Opportunity:

The sales development manager will be assigned specific accounts to manage as well as prospect into new account from marketing leads and relationship building.  The successful incumbent will achieve sales goals, service existing business and solicit new business through contacting executive level decision makers and promote our products/services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Three (3) years professional sales experience
  • Minimum of Two (2) years B2B selling experience
  • Proven ability to sell effectively to prospects and clients
  • Prior experience working in a team environment to achieve a company’s objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and to follow through on details to completion and the ability to work under critical time constraints
  • Solid understanding of technology, especially Internet applications
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and well organized
  • Experience working with CRM applications such as Salesforce.com

Ideal candidate will have an existing pipeline of business with a stable center of influence in the market; prior experience in the prepaid industry or selling Incentive Solutions preferred.
