We are currently looking to hire a career-minded candidate for the position of Sales & Business Development Representative to service Portland, OR. RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate will be responsible for growing market share within the territory. Qualified individuals will process direct B-to-B sales and closing experience in markets such as -- but not limited to -- grocery, food & beverage, coffee service, or office supplies. As a Sales & Business Development Representative, you will visit customers' locations on a scheduled basis, perform basic equipment preventative maintenance, analyze account purchases while looking for opportunities, and prospect for new business. Job Requirements The applicant must have the ability to complete individual goals, possess a degree of motivation, have good organizational skills, work both independently and within a team environment, and have strong interpersonal skills. This full-time position requires food and beverage experience, with coffee experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have a college degree and is a self-motivated, high-energy individual, possessing significant cold-calling experience with a proven ability to create a benefit for change, and strong closing skills.
