We are known for impeccable flooring and EXPERT sales professionals. As a ProSales Representative, you'll get to know our flooring inside and out. You will be the most critical link in ensuring that our customers have a rewarding experience that will keep them coming back time after time!
 
Responsibilities include:

  • Living the behaviors of the company core values, and sharing them with our customers
  • Outbound dialing of existing accounts
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Collaborating as a team to secure projects of all size and scope
  • Focusing on repeat business and utilizing the strengths of ProSales team and LL to close additional sales with existing clients
  • D istributing marketing materials to increase sales to existing customers
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Attending all required Lumber Liquidators training programs and meetings
  • Complying with all Lumber Liquidators policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years direct sales or professional sales experience
  • Experience in the home improvement, flooring, or retail industry experience preferred.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills required.
  • Excellent typing skills
  • High school diploma or state equivalency required.
Compensation includes:
 
  • Base hourly pay plus monthly commission.
