Sales Development Representative

About This Job:

We are looking for skilled inbound and outbound Sales Representatives to assist individuals and families in finding dream vacations for our Scottsdale, AZ office. This candidate should love helping people, love talking about vacationing and travel, and be driven not only by the team’s monthly goals, but also by delivering outstanding customer service to members each and every day. Our staff works with amazing people in brands that serve millions of members each year and directly improve the lives of all ICE customers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• First and foremost, provide excellent customer service to your brand members
• Sell unique membership, cruise and land-based programs
• Offer member consultation on program benefits and product inquiries
• Manage member information completely and accurately for transactional processing
• Work with your team to meet monthly sales, revenue and product goals
• Collaborate cross-departmentally with Command Center & Supervisors for escalation resolution

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma
• 1+ years sales experience
• Basic knowledge of computers
• Comfortable making outbound and taking inbound member calls
