Assist customers with figuring out the right TV and/or sound system that best fits their needs. Be kind and patient when you are talking to them in the store or on the phone. Learn about new exciting technology in home electronics (Ultra HD, Dolby Atmos, etc...) and continue to stay up on the industry so you can explain to our customers in a quick simplified manner. What you earn is based upon your sales performance but there is good base pay while you are in training. Best commission structure in the industry. Top performers exceed $70,000 a year.
