The primary responsibilities will include:
• Process monthly payrolls using Workday
• Process special payments, new hires, terminations, etc.
• Review offer letters and termination agreements to ensure all information has been entered into HR system and payments are processed accurately
• Partner with accounting department and respond to questions regarding payroll related issues
• Create and provide monthly and ad-hoc reports for various departments
• Reconcile earnings variance reports
• Calculate and coordinate funding for all payrolls
• Reconcile and coordinate payment of payroll processing invoices
Required skills
• Minimum of three years of payroll experience with proficiency in payroll, payroll accounting and tax and benefit laws and regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Human Resources/Business Administration a plus
• Expertise in Workday is preferred
• Proven ability to communicate, respond, and resolve issues as they arise among employees or vendors
• Excellent attention to detail
