Site Supervisor

Commercial General Contractor seeks Foreman that is capable of executing a Project Manager's directives in running projects up to $ 5,000,000. Skill set to include: Full understanding of architectural blueprints, a working knowledge of sequential scheduling for projects, should be strong in the knowledge of frame to finish with a layman's knowledge of MEP's. Must be able to execute a schedule as laid out by PM, able to communicate with subcontractors to keep them on schedule and to oversee the quality of their work. In addition, should be comfortable dealing with people, as many of our projects are fully occupied. Geographic service area includes projects in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.

We are looking for long term employees.

Some Saturdays and nights may be required.
