· The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for the daily management of the Sanitation Team.
· The Sanitation Supervisor provides a strong leadership to the Sanitation Team to achieve full plant compliance with all personnel safety food safety and sanitation and cleaning requirements in compliance with USDA FSIS and Company requirements
· The successful candidate performs a variety of tasks in addition to management of the Sanitation Team. Oversee maintenance (and all employees) adherence to security policies and GMP’s.
· Training new members of the Sanitation Team in proper PPE, employee safety and proper cleaning techniques, communicate sanitation problems to Management and documentation of any issues.
· Be main correspondent with management and QA on sanitation issues-regarding facility or personnel
· Be responsible party for making sure chemical and water-sensitive equipment is covered and cleaned correctly.
· Train new members of cleaning crew on sanitation chemicals and procedures used.
· Document broken/malfunctioning equipment found or broken during sanitation shift.
· Notify supervisor/management when Sanitation is in need of additional equipment/supplies.
· Follow QA through pre-operational inspection and coordinate correct actions if needed.
· Make sure chemical solutions are titrated daily and measurements are recorded.
· Titrate chemical solution and record measurements for the performance of the group as a whole and the appearance of the facility at the pre-operational inspections.
· Previous experience in Fabrication Floor sanitation is a plus.
· Only candidates with plant production supervision experience will be considered.

· Graduation from high school or GED.
